You need some ways to ramp up mana, reduce creature costs or provide defense until your fatties hit the table. What format are you playing? If it is Type II (standard), you will get smoked. If not, look at things like Defense of the Heart which allows you to put creatures in for free, or Fist of Suns, which makes all your spells cost RUBGW.
