MTG: Assuming my opponent has Marshal’s Anthem in play. If I gain control over it, can I pay the multikicker?
Let’s say I have Bazaar Trader in play. I tap Bazaar Trader and gain control over Marshall’s Anthem. Can I pay the multikicker, or am I limited to how much it was kicked the first time?

Neither. Kicker and multikicker costs can only be paid as you’re casting the spell. Simply changing control of it won’t let you pay it again. Also, since it’s not actually entering the battlefield, its ability won’t trigger, so you won’t get to recur any creatures at all.
Also take a closer look at Bazaar Trader. It can only “Donate” stuff (give things you control to other players), not steal stuff. It also can’t target enchantments.
